Return and refund policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with JingleDrop and we’re committed to helping if something isn’t right with your order.

Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Contact us at hello@jingledropdecor.com before sending anything back. Return instructions vary based on the product and warehouse, so unapproved returns cannot be accepted.

Refunds & Replacements
Refunds or replacements may be issued if an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, missing from the package, or if a shipment is delayed or lost beyond a reasonable timeframe. Clear photos or a short video may be requested for verification.

Items Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered; items returned without approval; discounted or final-sale items; gift cards; or orders delivered to the address provided by the customer, even if entered incorrectly. Returns are not accepted for cases where a customer changes their mind after receiving the correct item.

Return Shipping
If the issue is our responsibility (damaged, defective, wrong, or missing item), we will cover the cost or issue a refund without requiring a physical return. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. In many cases, a return may not be required for a refund to be processed.

Exchanges
If you would like a different item, please request a return first. Once approved, you may place a new order for the item you prefer.

Refund Timeframe
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return (if required) is processed and approved. Banks and card providers may take 5–10 business days to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.

EU Customers
Customers in the European Union may return an order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must remain unused and in original packaging.
