Shipping policy

We work with multiple fulfillment partners to offer reliable delivery worldwide. Shipping times may vary depending on the product, warehouse location, and destination country.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Time
Most orders are delivered within 7–15 business days, though some items may arrive sooner or slightly later depending on the supplier, carrier delays, or seasonal demand. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout when available.

Multiple Packages
Because we work with various fulfillment centers, items in the same order may ship separately. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment if applicable.

Tracking Information
Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after the order is shipped. If a tracking number shows no movement after a reasonable period, please contact us so we can check with the carrier.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses. If you need to update an address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order is in processing.

Delays
Shipping delays can occur due to customs processes, carrier issues, weather, or high seasonal volume. These delays are outside of our control, but we will assist whenever possible.

Lost or Stuck Packages
If a package is significantly delayed, shows no movement for an extended period, or appears lost in transit, we will work with our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue. When confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or refund according to our policy.

Customs and Duties
Customs fees or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. These fees vary by country and are not included in the purchase price.
